I had the pleasure to see this amazing tribute to Avicii by Don Diablo a couple of weeks ago at Pal Norte in Monterrey, Mexico.

I was on a small road trip heading to Monterrey to the festival, when I arrived to the hotel on Friday 04/20 when I saw the news, at first I could not believe it, part of me wanted it to be a joke, not the good kind of joke.
I was very looking forward to his new material, lots of unreleased music, but most of all, he was my age, he was so young, only 28 years old, a bright future, a great career ahead of him. This one hit hard, it felt personal, as if a friend of mine had died, I had a big lump on my throat I just could not believe it. He was one of the very first EDM acts that introduced me to dance music, the way his music made me feel, the way his music could just turn around my day, from a grey one to a bright one.
You might be gone but sure will never be forgotten.
Goodbye Tim Bergling
